🌮Chicken and vegetable lettuce wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cooked and shredded chicken breasts
  • 8 Large fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 Grated carrot
  • ½ Red Onion
  • ½ red bell pepper in strips
  • 1 tsp oil oliva
  • 1 tsp soya
  • 1 pizca salt
  • 1 pizca pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Large frying pan
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Kitchen knife

Method
 

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves well and let them dry.
  2. In a frying pan, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and the chopped bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the shredded chicken and mix well.
  5. Add the shredded carrot and the soy sauce.
  6. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until all the flavors are combined.
  7. Place a portion of the filling onto each lettuce leaf.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy these healthy tacos.
