Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh broccoli
  • 1 sliced carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper in strips
  • ½ Yellow bell pepper in strips
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tbsp oild
  • 1 pizca Salt
  • 1 pizca pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Large frying pan or wok
  • 1 Kitchen knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Kitchen spatula

Method
 

  1. Wash all vegetables well before starting.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrots.
  3. Cut the bell peppers and the onion into thin strips.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
  6. Incorporate all the vegetables and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, and serve hot.
