Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 Chopped green apple
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 glass Cold water or coconut water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey Opcional

Method
 

  1. Wash the spinach and the apple well before starting.
  2. Cut the apple into small pieces and peel the banana.
  3. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  4. Add the cold water or coconut water.
  5. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until you get a smooth mixture.
  6. If desired, add honey for a touch of natural sweetness.
