Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tomato fresco
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oild
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Large bowl or container to mix the ingredients
  • 1 Kitchen knife to cut the vegetables
  • 1 Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cilantro, and lime well before starting
  2. Cut the avocados into medium-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and the red onion into small pieces.
  4. Add the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro to the bowl with the avocado.
  5. Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients.
  6. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper
  7. Mix gently so you don't mash the avocado.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh and healthy salad.
